Walking floor concept for maximum efficiency in drying of bulk materials<\/h1><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row equal_height=”yes” content_placement=”bottom”][vc_column width=”3\/4″][vc_column_text]BioG builds also walking floor based drying plants and offers this service in the form of container solutions as well as customized and integrated drying systems. The focus is on maximum heat utilization.<\/p>\n

In the 2-stage process, consisting of a storage tank and drying chamber, 100% air saturation and an exactly adjustable degree of drying are achieved. In a two-stage process, the air heated by a heat exchanger is first led through the final drying area and through the storage area. This also functions as a biofilter and keeps the drying rail dust-free.<\/p>\n

Ideally, such systems get to be used in biogas plants. The waste heat can be ideally used for drying materials such as grain, wood chips and other bulk materials.
