The BioMerge developed by BioG is a modular extension of the existing BioCrusher complete system, adding a “solids admixture” with foreign body separation.<\/p>\n

The material to be conveyed is mixed with liquid from the fermenter by means of a mixing device with a diameter of 700 mm and a volume of 1200 litres that leads downwards at an angle.
\nThe specially arranged mixing blades ensure fast, uniform mixing and the air from the material is displaced.
\nThis guarantees the highest feeding rates even with very light materials.<\/p>\n
