The BioMerge developed by BioG is a modular extension of the existing BioCrusher complete system, adding a “solids admixture” with foreign body separation.
The material to be conveyed is mixed with liquid from the fermenter by means of a mixing device with a diameter of 700 mm and a volume of 1200 litres that leads downwards at an angle.
The specially arranged mixing blades ensure fast, uniform mixing and the air from the material is displaced.
This guarantees the highest feeding rates even with very light materials.
With an active foreign body separator, heavy foreign bodies such as stones or iron parts are discharged into a collection box or, if desired, automatically via belt.
