Our BioMerge system complements the proven BioCrusher complete system with effective solid mixing and foreign object separation. It is ideal for high throughput rates – even with light materials such as straw.

The material is mixed with liquid from the fermenter via an inclined mixing screw (700 mm diameter, 1200 litre volume). Special mixing blades ensure fast, even mixing – air is reliably displaced from the material.

An integrated foreign object separator automatically removes heavy objects such as stones or metal parts – either into a collection box or via a conveyor belt.

Efficient separation – directly at the point of action

Thanks to direct integration into the inclined mixing screw, foreign objects are detected and separated as soon as they enter the system. Particularly practical: heavy parts such as stones or metal automatically end up in a collection box – or optionally in a disposal container via an automatic discharge system.

This overview shows the current operating status of the system. All key components such as hydraulics, screws, shredder, biomer and pumps are shown graphically. Colors indicate the status of the individual elements – green means active, grey inactive. Real-time data such as fill level, pressure, power consumption, flow rate and frequency enable quick analysis. The intuitive visualization supports the operating personnel in the safe and efficient control of the process.

This image shows a realistic 3D representation of the biofeeder in operation. It illustrates the path of the biomass through the system – from filling to the cross screw, the shredder and the feed pump. All central components such as hydraulic cylinders, screw conveyors and agitators are animated to illustrate the mechanical process. The fluid movements and technical detail convey a vivid picture of the processes that take place in a real biogas plant.
