Spiel Agrar GbR

In neighboring Bavaria, more precisely in Tacherting, we had assembled a BioFeeder 115-6 with a total volume of 117m³ for Spiel Agrar GbR within 3 days. A 6 meter high discharge screw conveys the material, mainly turkey manure, into the discharge shaft, which flows into a BHS RBG 08 shredder.
The special feature is that the shredding can be bypassed at the push of a button and the material can be transported directly into the fermenter. All frequency-controlled motors, including the shredder, have been combined in one control unit, which greatly increases the user-friendliness.

The BioFeeder management allows the plant data to be conveniently checked from the home PC. In addition, the feeding of BioG is monitored, so that in the case of any malfunctions, the system can react quickly and the causes can be traced.
