Worldwide trend towards to biogas from straw and manure
More and more biogas plant operators are considering reducing the raw material costs for their biogas plants drastically. Residues such as manure, crop straw, corn straw, oil-seed rape straw or catch crops are suitable feedstocks for this because they do not compete with raw materials.
For more than 13 years, BioG has been producing the necessary dosing and digestion technology as well as the solid and liquid entry into the fermenter in order to obtain the highest possible energy from these raw materials.
With the BioCrusher a unit has been created, which connects all components necessary for the use of waste in one machine. A joint CE-declaration of conformity facilitates the official acceptance and the common control and electrical system prevents the usual interface problems.
